Tenant Placement and Property Management Fees

Tenant Placement

From listing to lease, with no fee due to start.

We market the property, screen applicants, prepare the lease, and coordinate move-in. The placement fee is collected from the first monies received after a tenant is secured.

6–9 month lease

Long-Term Rental Management

Monthly management based on income collected.

Ongoing management includes tenant communication, rent collection, lease administration, required notices, maintenance coordination, move-out management, and monthly owner reporting. Management fees are collected as rent is received.
