We manage traditional rental homes and furnished rentals, including single-family homes, townhomes, condos, apartments, and small multifamily properties. Services can include ongoing property management, short-term rental management, or Tenant Placement depending on the property and how you plan to rent it.
Maintenance requests and property issues are coordinated with the appropriate vendor, and you’re kept informed when approval or a decision is needed. Repair and vendor costs remain the owner’s responsibility, while we handle the communication, scheduling, follow-up, and coordination around the work.
You have access to an owner portal where you can view property activity, financial information, and communication in real time. We also keep you updated on leasing or booking activity, maintenance issues, and anything requiring your approval. Owner statements provide a clear record of income, management fees, approved expenses, and disbursements.
